Neck & Shoulder
A massage does much more than just relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles. It is the oldest and simplest form of therapy consisting of stroking, pressing, and kneading different areas to stimulate blood circulation and tone the body. Massage is wondrous for pain management and you will feel relief from aches and pain. Massage therapy releases endorphins and enhances your immune system by stimulating the lymphatic system, the body's natural defense system.
During a massage session you will remain properly draped to keep you warm and comfortable. We recommend staying hydrated and drinking plenty of water after a session. During the first 24 hours there may be slight sore or aches, and this is a natural response due to metabolic waste build up that was released from massaging soft tissues.
